Craig J. Nevius, a Chicago-born writer and producer, boasts an impressive portfolio of twenty-one independent films. Notably, he adapted Marvel Comics' Fantastic Four for the big screen, as well as his BlackScorpion features for television. Additionally, his family-friendly credits include the Disney Channel's Stepmonster, starring Alan Thicke, and A Very Unlucky Leprechaun, starring Tim Matheson.
Nevius' screenplay, Happy Together, won the prestigious Columbia Pictures Focus Award in 1989. His versatility is evident in a range of genres, including erotic thrillers, gangster dramas, and animated musicals based on children's poetry, as seen in titles like Baby Face Nelson and Aladdin & The Adventure Of All Time.
