Daniel Augustin is a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of accomplishments in the entertainment industry. He has gained recognition for his roles in popular TV shows such as How I Met Your Father (2022),Grey's Anatomy (2021),Dynasty (2020),David Makes Man (2019),and Wu-Tang: An American Saga (2019).
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Daniel comes from a family with rich cultural heritage. His mother, Alida Augustin, was born in Cap Haitien, Haiti, and his late father, Georges Augustin Sr, hailed from Gonaives, Haiti. Daniel is one of four siblings.
At a young age, Daniel discovered his passion for music and became a hip-hop recording artist by starting a rap group at his church, Agape Church of God, when he was just ten years old. This marked the beginning of his music career, which continued to evolve over the years. At 21, he released his first solo Neo-Soul project, titled "I'm Sorry 4 the Delay".
Daniel's academic and athletic prowess is equally impressive. During his high school years, he excelled as a captain of the football, basketball, and track and field teams, showcasing his versatility and dedication to sports. Additionally, he was the Vice President of the school's High School Choir and competed in both Vocal and Thespian State competitions nationwide. His outstanding performance earned him a full athletic scholarship to play football at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
