Gregory Abbey's early life was marked by a nomadic upbringing as part of an Air Force Family, with his formative years spent traversing the United States, attending high school in Nebraska and Montana, and junior high in Missouri. Along this journey, he also made brief stops in Rhode Island, California, and North Dakota, no doubt influencing his unique perspective and adaptability.
Following his education in acting at the esteemed Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts, where he had the privilege of studying under the guidance of renowned instructors Bill Esper, Maggie Flanigan, and Vicki Hart, Gregory Abbey made the move to New York City, where he has established a consistent career spanning over two decades.
Throughout his illustrious career, Abbey has accumulated an impressive portfolio, boasting hundreds of national commercials and voiceovers, as well as notable appearances in numerous television shows, including Bull, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Jessica Jones, Chicago Med, Elementary, The Good Wife, Blue Bloods, Person of Interest, The Americans, and Boardwalk Empire.
