Henry N. Frost III, the eldest of eight siblings, was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to parents Henry N. Frost Jr and Kin W. Frost, both with a strong musical background. He later pursued higher education at Michigan State University, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.
Since 2008, Frost has been actively working to hone his acting skills, with a diverse range of roles in various projects. Some of his notable works include the controversial film 'Til We're Free, the Emmett Till story, as well as roles in Batman V Superman: DOJ, Detroit, Detroiters, Rush, and Batman: Knightmare, where he played the character of Knightmare, also known as Harvey Dent/Two-Faced. Furthermore, he has also worked as a stunt coordinator and martial artist, responsible for choreographing numerous fights and stunts for various projects.
In addition to his acting and stunt work, Frost is also a talented musician, serving as a professional bass player.
