Jade is a talented actress, screenwriter, director, and producer with a diverse range of credits in film, television, and theater. Born and raised in Taiwan, she began her acting career in the early 1980s, earning a Best Actress nomination for her performance in the Edinburgh Festival's "Medea, A Journey, A Dream".
She made her mark on the Off-Broadway scene in the 2000s, starring in productions such as "Barriers" and "The Shanghai Gesture", which earned her critical acclaim in the New York Times and Variety.
In the 2010s, Jade transitioned to television, landing recurring roles on shows like "Luke Cage", "For Life", and "Bull". She also appeared in a number of guest roles, including "Awkwafina is Nora from Queens" and "Magnum, P.I.".
