Jeff Kassel was a multi-talented individual who wore many hats in the entertainment industry. As an Executive Producer, he was involved in the production of several notable projects. One of his most notable credits was as an Executive Producer, Writer, and actor in the CSA-nominated Showcase original series Kenny Hotz's Triumph of the Will.
Kassel's acting credits were equally impressive. He starred as Ron Mitchell in the FX original sitcom Testees, which premiered on Showcase in Canada and went on to air in over 100 different countries, being translated into more than a dozen languages. The show was nominated for several Gemini awards, including Best Comedy Series.

He also made previous television appearances on shows such as The Path To 9/11, This Is Wonderland, Sue Thomas F.B. Eye, Earth Final Conflict, and The X, where he was a series regular for two seasons.
Kassel's film credits included a number of thrillers, including Traitor and The Sentinel, as well as the comedy Talk To Me. He has also appeared in over 30 national television commercials.
In addition to his work in front of the camera, Kassel was also a skilled writer and producer. He served as a Story Advisor for Showcase's hit series Kenny Vs. Spenny and was a Co-Producer of the Gemini award-winning documentary Camp Hollywood. His screenwriting has won several awards, including Telefest Awards for Best Screenwriting, Best Comedy, and Best Production, as well as The Silver Hugo Award at the Chicago International Film Festival.
