Person Biography:
Russo & LaMont are a talented writing duo, renowned for their work on the horror genre. Their feature film credits include the critically acclaimed "THE INHERITANCE" starring Peyton List and Bob Gunton, which premiered on Hulu in 2024, as well as "HARD KILL" featuring Bruce Willis, which debuted on Netflix in 2020. Other notable films include "THE LOCKSMITH" starring Ryan Phillippe, Ving Rhames, and Kate Bosworth, and "SOUL MATES" starring Neal McDonough.
In addition to their work as writers, Russo has also ventured into directing, with credits including the thriller "THE AU PAIR NIGHTMARE" and the short film "BE MINE" for Crypt TV. His short film "MIDNIGHT CLEAR" was featured on Entertainment Weekly, Nerdist, and io9, and was released on Gunpowder & Sky's digital platform, Alter.
As a producer, Russo has worked on a range of projects, including the horror anthology "NIGHTMARE CINEMA" starring Mickey Rourke, and the feature film "THE GREATEST BEER RUN EVER" starring Zac Efron and Russell Crowe, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. He has also produced seven seasons of the award-winning horror series "POST MORTEM WITH MICK GARR,"IS featuring in-depth conversations with genre legends like Stephen King, Quentin Tarantino, John Carpenter, Guillermo del Toro, Edgar Wright, and many more.
