Josh Casaubon's life story began in Brunswick, Maine, where his journey first started, before expanding into the neighboring states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. His academic path commenced at the University of Maine, only to be temporarily interrupted by a four-year stint in the United States Army, where he served as an infantryman stationed in the tropical paradise of Hawaii.
During his military service, Casaubon received numerous accolades and was handpicked for the elite Special Forces, yet he ultimately chose to pursue a career in writing instead. Following his honorable discharge, he relocated to New York City during the summer of 2001, where he enrolled at New School University.
It was during this period that he developed a fascination with the eclectic cultures of the West Village, frequently visiting small theaters, sneaking into sessions of "Inside the Actors Studio" on 12th Street, and engaging in spirited conversations with local bohemians until the early hours of the morning. This exposure kindled a passion for acting within him, and he has since appeared in numerous television shows, plays, and films, never looking back.
Although he still dedicates a significant portion of his leisure time to writing, his primary focus has shifted towards acting, with his career spanning across various mediums, showcasing his versatility and talent as a performer.
