Josh Segarra is a talented actor of Puerto Rican descent from Longwood, Florida. He has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry through his various roles in television, film, and theater.
In television, Segarra has starred as Billy Cepeda in the USA series "Sirens" and originated the role of Emilio Estefan in the Broadway hit "On Your Feet." He will soon join the cast of "Arrow" on The CW as a series regular, playing the role of a villain.
In addition to his work in television, Segarra has appeared in several films, including "Trainwreck" and "The Music Never Stopped." He has also had roles in the Emmy-winning series "Homeland" on Showtime, "The Following" on Fox, and "Blue Bloods" on CBS.
In the theater world, Segarra has been seen in productions such as "Dogfight" at the Second Stage Theater and "Lysistrata Jones" on Broadway. He has also appeared in the Off-Broadway production of "Fools in Love" and has had roles in various other stage productions throughout his career.

Segarra graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU in 2008 with a degree in theater. During his time at NYU, he had a role in the CBS movie "Vampire Bats" and performed with the a cappella group N'harmonics, which won the International a Cappella Super Finals at Lincoln Center.
