Juan-Pablo, the son of hardworking immigrants who settled in the United States, was born in Alexandria, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. on April 3, 1982. Growing up, he learned English in school, while maintaining his Spanish roots at home.
After completing his high school education, Juan-Pablo enrolled in Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where he earned a baccalaureate degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing in 2004. During his time at VCU, he showcased his talents by participating in various university-wide performances, laying the foundation for his future career in the entertainment industry.
Following his graduation, Juan-Pablo spent six years working as a business development manager for several associations in the Washington D.C. metro area. However, he soon realized that his true passion lay in performing, and so he attended the Studio Theatre conservatory program in Washington, D.C. from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, he joined the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG/AFTRA),marking the beginning of his successful career in the entertainment industry.
With his talent, dedication, and bilingualism, Juan-Pablo quickly made a name for himself in the industry, appearing in television shows, movies, and national commercials in both English and Spanish-speaking roles. His family, who had always believed in his potential, was thrilled to see him succeed.
Today, Juan-Pablo is living one of the happiest moments of his life. He spends his free time with his family and is focused on his career, which is headed in the right direction. In addition to his professional pursuits, Juan-Pablo is an avid athlete who enjoys playing tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, football, and chess in his leisure. He is also a travel enthusiast who volunteers his time and gives back to his community.
