Kevin Andrew Ketcham was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a city with a rich Scandinavian heritage, as he is of Swedish and Norwegian descent. Shortly after his birth, his family relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, where he spent his formative years and began his journey in the world of acting at the tender age of 14.
During his time at Germantown High School's fine arts department, Kevin had the privilege of training and studying under the guidance of two renowned instructors: Frank Bluestein, a USA Today top 40 teacher and McDonald's teacher of the year, and Leonid Mazor, a Russian award-winning producer and director. This exceptional training enabled Kevin to hone his craft and develop his skills as an actor.
The Germantown Fine Arts department has a proud tradition of producing talented alumni, including Chris Parnell, who has appeared on Saturday Night Live, in Anchorman, and on 30 Rock; Missi Pyle, who has starred in Big Fish, Dodgeball, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory; Scott Genkinger, the Emmy award-winning head casting director of Desperate Housewives; and Wes Day, a member of the Blue Man Group in New York.
After graduating from the University of Memphis, Kevin made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles, California, to further pursue his acting career. Throughout his journey, he has had the privilege of working alongside many talented artists, including Academy Award winner Michele Hazanavicius, Academy Award-nominated director Roland Joffe, and Palme D'or winner Rafi Pitts.
