Luana, a talented actress, graduated from the prestigious Academy for Theater and Film in Bucharest in 1992, where she had the privilege of being mentored by the renowned actor Florin Zamfirescu. Prior to her graduation, she had already joined the State Jewish Theater of Bucharest, TES, in 1991, where she began to hone her craft in a wide range of plays.
Under the guidance of accomplished directors such as Kincses Elemer, Alexander Hausvater, Moshe Yassur, and Harry Eliad, Luana took on various roles in productions based on the works of notable playwrights, including Georges Feydeau, Eugène Labiche, Arnold Wesker, Jacob Gordin, Isaac Bashevis Singer, and Friedrich Dürrenmatt.
Throughout her career at TES, Luana has showcased her exceptional acting abilities in both Romanian and Yiddish, demonstrating her linguistic versatility and adaptability.
