Luís Filipe Madeira Caeiro Figo OIH, a Portuguese professional footballer, was born on November 4, 1972. Throughout his illustrious career, he played as a midfielder for renowned clubs such as Sporting CP, Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Inter Milan, eventually retiring on May 31, 2009. Figo holds the record for most caps for the Portugal national team, with 127 appearances, a title later surpassed by Cristiano Ronaldo.

Figo's exceptional skills on the field earned him recognition as one of the greatest players of his generation.
