Marc has enjoyed a prolific career, working with esteemed directors such as Luc Besson, Mathieu Kassovitz, Yann Kounen, Volker Schlöndorff, Fred Zinnemann, Michael Haneke, Rémy Waterhouse, Claude Chabrol, Tom Fontana, Ronald D Moore, and Metin Hüseyin.
He began his journey by graduating from the National Dramatic Art Conservatory of Paris, followed by stints at the Rose Brudford college in the UK and the Stella Adler Conservatory in New York City.
Marc's early breakthrough came when he was revealed by Luc Besson in "The Big Blue", earning a César nomination for his performance in "Nikita". He then went on to appear in a range of films, including "Heroin", "Hatred", and "Doberman".
In Italy, he played the role of "Martino" in Tonino Zangardi's "Getaway of Love" and made a guest appearance in "Il Comisario Maltese" on Rai 1.
Marc's international television credits include "The Man Who Lived at the Ritz" on NBC, "Star Hunter" on Canal+, and "Dalziel & Pascoe" on BBC. He also appeared in Tom Fontana's "The Philanthropist" on NBC and "Borgia" on Canal+, playing the Machiavellian Cardinal G. Briconnet.
He then took on the role of the comical epicurean Minister Jo Duvernay in Ronald D Moore and Metin Hüseyin's "Outlander". Marc also portrayed "Miltiades" in ancient Greek for ARTE and "Napoleon - A Russian Campaign", a prestige documentary/fiction directed by Fabrice Hourlier.
On the big screen, he was directed by Fred Zinnemann in "Five Days One Summer", Gerard Krawczyk in "Heroïne" (which received an international critic nomination),Michael Haneke in "Code Unknown" alongside Juliette Binoche, Rémy Waterhouse in "Mille Millièmes", Volker Schlöndorff in "The Ogre" with John Malkovich, and "The Third Day" by B. Stora and Claude Chabrol.
Marc has also had a successful stage career, taking on roles such as "Cyrano", "Angelo Tyran of Padova", "Trigorine" in "The Seagull", "Bent", "Six Characters in Search of an Author", and "Two Gents of Verona" at the New York Stage and Film University. He was hired by J.C. Cotillard for "All Men Are Born Ego" and played "Alcacer" in Montherland's "Dom Juan", followed by "Europe" by S. Loïc, "Juste La Fin Du Monde" by J.C. Lagarce and J. Jouanneau.
Marc has also participated in readings with the "Moving Parts Theater Group", directed by Stephanie Campion.
