Max Pirkis, born in the year 1989, embarked on his acting journey by taking part in numerous school plays, laying the groundwork for his future success in the film industry.
His breakthrough role came in the form of the endearing and amicable Midshipman Lord Blakeney in the highly acclaimed motion picture, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003),starring the renowned Russell Crowe. Pirkis had to compete for the part, reading alongside Max Benitz, who was auditioning for the role of Midshipman Calamy.
Today, Max resides in London with his family, consisting of his mother, a publisher, his father, a stockbroker, and his younger sister. When not honing his acting skills, he enjoys participating in various activities such as cricket and football, as well as showcasing his musical talents by playing the violin and saxophone. Additionally, Max is a proud dog owner, sharing his life with two canine companions.
