Born to an Italian father and a Jewish mother, he was exposed to a rich cultural heritage from a young age. His fascination with acting began to take shape when he landed his first role in Kindergarten, playing the iconic figure of Christopher Columbus. This early performance demonstrated his natural talent and ability to captivate audiences.
Fast-forward to 2004, when Michael decided to heed his calling and joined the New York City Fire Department as a Firefighter. This career path offered him a flexible schedule, allowing him to pursue his passion for acting without compromise. Recognizing the importance of continued training, Michael studied under the guidance of renowned teacher William Esper at William Esper Studios in NYC for a period of two years. He is eternally grateful for this experience, which significantly contributed to his growth as a professional actor.
Since then, Michael has established himself as a respected character actor, both on stage in NYC and regionally. His impressive stage credits are a testament to his dedication and perseverance. In his personal life, Michael resides in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, where he also works as a Firefighter at Engine 242.
