Her mother, Lydia Nodarse, is of Cuban descent, while her father, Victor Oscar Yustman, was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and boasts a rich heritage of Italian and Polish Jewish ancestry.
Odette's early foray into the entertainment industry commenced with a minor yet memorable role in the 1990 film Kindergarten Cop, where she played the character Rosa. Following her high school graduation from Woodcrest Christian High School in Riverside, California, where she held the esteemed title of homecoming queen, Odette transitioned into modeling, securing various roles throughout the years.
