Paul Teutul Jr.

Paul Teutul's entrepreneurial journey began at the tender age of 12, when he started working summers in his father's steel business, Orange County Ironworks. This early exposure to the industry not only honed his skills but also instilled in him a passion for metalworking. As he progressed through high school, Paul further developed his expertise through involvement in a Board Of Co-operative Educational Services (BOCES) program, which allowed him to refine his metalworking abilities. Following his graduation, he joined Orange County Ironworks full-time, eventually rising through the ranks to become the head of its railing shop. During this period, his father, Paul Teutul Sr., began to devote more time to building motorcycles for personal enjoyment. Recognizing his son's exceptional talent for metalworking and fabrication, Paul Teutul Sr. and his son collaborated to establish Orange County Choppers in 1999, marking the beginning of a successful entrepreneurial venture that would soon capture the nation's attention.
