Paul Warren is a British actor and creature performer, best known for his work in heavy prosthetic makeup and/or creature suits in various films and television series. He has appeared in numerous notable productions, including Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The First Avenger, and The Marvels.
Warren's career began as a body double for Daniel Radcliffe in the film Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix, and he later worked as a special action performer on Kingsman: The Secret Service. He gained valuable experience working with Stan Winston Studio on the horror film 'The Deaths of Ian Stone', which led to his transition into creature performing.
Some of his notable creature roles include the remake of Clash of the Titans, World War Z, and the TV series Willow. He has also worked on several Marvel Cinematic Universe films, including Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor: The Dark World, and The Marvels.
In addition to his creature work, Warren has occasionally stepped out from behind the prosthetics to perform mime/movement for films like Ready Player One and to provide special action performances for scenes like the church stunt in Kingsman: The Secret Service.
