A Los Angeles native, Phil, a distinguished alumnus of Harvard-Westlake School, Yale University, and The Groundlings Theater, is widely recognized as one of the original cast members of the iconic sketch comedy show Mad TV, which premiered in 1995, and for his memorable portrayal of Marvin in the cult classic film Pulp Fiction, released in 1994.
Throughout his illustrious career, Phil has made numerous appearances on stages across the United States, in films, and on television. He has also taken the lead in and produced the comedy web series Inside the Legend, which debuted in 2012. Moreover, his extensive voice-over work has garnered significant attention, including regular roles in animated series and notable parts in video games such as Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, released in 2014, for which he received the prestigious NAVGTR Award for Best Supporting Actor.
