Biography

RC Ormond, a bi-racial child, was raised by his maternal grandparents in suburban Dallas, where he initially gained recognition as a theatrical actor and stuntman at an early age. Before turning 20, he landed his first professional gig as a stunt performer in the live Batman show at the Six Flags Over Texas theme park.

RC's educational background includes brief stints at the University of Texas in Arlington and the Mountain View Performing Arts Conservatory in Dallas. He eventually relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a full-time acting career. Throughout his career, he has appeared as both an actor and stuntman in a diverse range of productions, including big-budget action movies like Transformers (2007) and The Time Machine (2002),as well as TV ratings winners such as The Office (2005).

When not working on film projects, RC returns to his roots in live theater by performing on stage in various productions around Los Angeles. His stage performances have earned numerous acting award nominations.

In 2007, RC was selected by Japanese SFX master Makoto Kamiya to supply the motion capture performance for the iconic hero Leon S. Kennedy in the CGI zombie action flick Resident Evil: Degeneration (2008),based on the $600 million video game franchise from Capcom. RC currently resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and their three children.
