Ryan Czerwonko is a multifaceted American actor and filmmaker of Russian, Polish, and Italian ancestry, boasting a diverse range of credits in television, film, and theater.
He has gained recognition for his recurring and guest starring roles on NBC's "The Endgame", "Chicago Med", and "Chicago Fire", as well as appearances in "Cherry" (AGBO Films),"Paint" (IFC Films),"The Deuce", and "Watchmen" (HBO),collaborating with esteemed directors such as The Russo Brothers, James Franco, Nicole Kassell, and Roland Joffe.
In addition to his on-screen work, Ryan has recently appeared in Ariana Grande's music video for her song "Yes, And" and portrayed Jason in Lynn Nottage's play "Clyde's" at George Street Playhouse.
As the artistic director of "Adult Film", a collective of actors, writers, and directors based in NYC, Ryan focuses on live theatrical performances, filmmaking, and actor training. His own filmmaking endeavors have been showcased at various film festivals, including Sene Film Festival, Big Apple Film Festival, Chain NYC Film Festival, qFlix Philadelphia, and more.
Prior to his professional pursuits, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Ohio University, where he spent two seasons at the Monomoy Theatre and a season at the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre.
In Chicago, he appeared at First Folio Theatre, 16th Street Theatre, and toured the North American production of "Evil Dead: The Musical".
Ryan has also lent his voice to national commercial and voiceover spots for Michelob Ultra and Little Caesar's.
To further hone his craft, he has continued his training in NYC under the guidance of esteemed instructors Ted Sluberski, Maria Dizzia, and Ellen Novack, as well as at HB Studio with Jessica Hecht, Frank Wood, and Laila Robins.
