Sarah Kathryn Roberts, a ravishing beauty with a unique blend of Australian and Sri Lankan heritage, was born in Melbourne, Australia. Her formative years were spent honing her skills at a dance studio, where she likely developed a passion for movement and expression.
At the tender age of 18, Sarah made the bold decision to leave her Melbourne life behind and pursue a career in dance in Tokyo, Japan, shortly after graduating from high school. This impromptu move marked the beginning of a transformative period in her life.
As she settled into her new surroundings, Sarah discovered a new passion for deejaying and singing, and she began performing with her best friend in local clubs around Tokyo. Their duo, VAMP, quickly gained traction, and Sarah found herself writing and recording music with Grammy Award-winning American rapper Eve, known for her iconic collaborations with Gwen Stefani.
To make ends meet, Sarah supplemented her income by appearing in commercials, which further honed her acting skills. However, acting was not a priority for the young dancer, who was content with her life in Tokyo and did not feel the need to pursue it aggressively. Aside from a few commercials and a stint on the Australian soap opera Neighbours, Sarah's focus remained on her dance career.

Gregory Apps, a renowned casting director with credits including Mission Impossible II, spotted Sarah and soon presented her with a life-changing opportunity: an audition for the supporting role in the 2013 film Felony. Undeterred by the stiff competition, Sarah was determined to land the part and, after three call-backs, she emerged victorious, beating out the competition to secure the role.
