Skyh Black is a multi-hyphenate talent who has made a name for himself in Hollywood. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Skyh was inspired by Michael Jackson at a young age and began dancing at just five years old. He was professionally trained in tap and ballet and attended several prestigious schools, including the New World School of Arts, the School of American Ballet, and the Atlanta Ballet.
Skyh's career in dance took off when he was hired as the lead male dancer for Beyoncé's tours, including her iconic MTV VMA Video Vanguard performance of "Mine". He also appeared in Michael Jackson's music video for "A Place with No Name" from his album "Xscape". However, it was an audition for Academy award-winning director and showrunner Tyler Perry that cemented Skyh's passion for acting.
Skyh's acting career has been marked by several notable roles, including his appearances in Tyler Perry's "Sistas", Showtime's "Black Monday", and AMC's "Lace". He has also starred in the psychological thriller "Stranger Next Door" and will appear in the romantic drama "A Haitian Wedding" and the thriller "Love Marry Kill".
