Taryn Gould, a celebrated documentary filmmaker and editor, calls Brooklyn, New York her home.

Upon completing her esteemed education at Syracuse University's renowned Newhouse School, she set out on a career trajectory marked by a relentless pursuit of excitement and adventure.

Throughout her professional journey, she has had the privilege of capturing the creative processes of several prominent artists, including the talented Lil Mama and the influential hip-hop group The Roots.

In addition to her work with these notable artists, Taryn has also had the opportunity to collaborate with Atlantic records, further solidifying her reputation as a skilled and dedicated filmmaker.

Throughout the extensive and distinguished trajectory of her professional career, Gould's impressive body of work has consistently garnered widespread recognition and acclaim, resulting in a plethora of prestigious accolades and nominations. These honors include being shortlisted for an Academy Award, nominated for a Best Music Film Grammy Award, an Outstanding Documentary Emmy Award, and a Critics Choice Award, a testament to her exceptional skill and dedication to her craft.

Notably, his impressive repertoire includes the editor credits for the 2021 documentary "Tina", as well as "Ram Dass, Going Home" (2017),where he also served as co-producer. Additionally, Gould's versatility is demonstrated through his producer and editor credits for the 2018 film "Narcissister Organ Player". Furthermore, his editor and co-producer credits on "Susanne Bartsch: On Top" (2016) and editor and co-writer credits on "Let's Play Two: Pearl Jam Live at Wrigley Field" (2017) provide a testament to his remarkable range and expertise in the documentary filmmaking arena.
