Timothy Dowler-Coltman's life journey began in Edmonton, Alberta, where he spent his formative years. He later relocated to Toronto, Canada, where he currently resides.
Dowler-Coltman's academic path included attending Victoria School of the Arts for his primary and secondary education. He then went on to pursue higher education at The National Theatre School of Canada, graduating in 2016. Notably, he played the iconic role of Hamlet in his final year.
