Trey's life story began in Columbia, South Carolina, where he spent his formative years. At the tender age of 15, he embarked on a journey that would shape his future, as he auditioned for and was one of only 15 students from across the entire state to be accepted into the esteemed South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities' 2-year residential high school pre-professional acting training program.
This prestigious institution provided Trey with a unique opportunity to hone his craft, and he seized it with both hands. He went on to study musical theatre at Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he spent four unforgettable years.
During his time at the university, Trey received an impressive six Irene Ryan Acting Nominations from the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, a testament to his remarkable talent and dedication. Upon graduation, he completed two acting internships, which further refined his skills and prepared him for the next stage of his career.
With his education and training complete, Trey made the bold decision to relocate to the city that never sleeps, New York City.
