In the desert, a resort is being built despite protests from the Katonahs. When workers uncover ancient relics, they accidentally release the Bone Eater, a giant skeleton-like creature. The sheriff, Running Wolf, investigates the disappearance of the workers, while the Bone Eater kills locals and the chief seeks a powerful Tomahawk to destroy it.
