An aspiring chef, Bablu, works alongside Sonia at a hotel restaurant. Meanwhile, his lookalike Manu, a gangster, is released from prison after being double-crossed by his partner. Manu seeks shelter with Bablu and uses their resemblance to evade capture and win back his lover Lily. As both Sonia and Lily mistake Bablu for Manu, he faces a series of challenges, including being pursued by the law and having his mother held hostage by Manu.
