Kenny's reckless actions land him in jail after killing a cop's horse, and the group must raise $1 million bail before Nasty Nate takes advantage of him. To save Kenny, they turn to selling marijuana obtained by Thurgood's job at a pharmaceutical lab, forming an unlikely alliance with rap star Sir Smoke-A-Lot and rivaling drug dealer Samson Simpson. Meanwhile, Thurgood pursues a romance with Mary Jane, the daughter of a dealer who's anti-pot. The story unfolds with a wild ride of typical stoner behavior and numerous celebrity cameos.
