After the success of the Robocop Law Enforcement unit, a new threat emerges in the form of the deadly drug "Nuke", led by the fanatical leader Cain. As Nuke spreads, it may prove too great a challenge for Robocop Murphy to overcome. Meanwhile, OCP attempts to replicate the original unit's success, but their prototypes are plagued by suicidal tendencies.
