Red Ryder receives a telegram from his old friend Dan O'Connor, who is fighting against the notorious Faro Savage and his gang of rustlers. Red and Dan's daughter Sheila discover a gun dropped by Faro, which they believe is proof against him, but they are hindered by the corrupt law.
