In the Berlin neighborhood of Kreuzberg, a deadly cat-and-mouse game unfolds between Turkish immigrant gangs and neo-Nazi skinheads, with drug trafficking and violence escalating the tension. Amidst this chaos, a serial killer is targeting children, leaving the community in a state of panic. Against this backdrop, Turkish Commissary Kemal returns to his hometown of Kreuzberg to investigate the murders, only to find himself caught in the crossfire of gang rivalries and deceit.
