The Doctor orchestrates a series of hijackings, targeting Steve's shipment of goods. He proposes to act as a middleman, returning the goods for a fee, but only after drugging the Sheriff to eliminate any interference. However, Steve's earlier experiment using the Doctor's medicine and replacing it with water ultimately leads to the Durango Kid's intervention.

In the lawless Wild West, a ruthless gang is pillaging freight wagons and extorting ransoms, prompting the government to send in undercover agent Steve Langtry, aka the Durango Kid, to take down the outlaws and bring peace back to the region.
