A cunning entrepreneur fuels conflict between Native Americans and settlers by providing weapons, promising protection, while his cohorts, disguised as Native Americans, stage violent attacks on settlers, playing both sides to advance their own agenda.

A cunning businessman, Jim Haverly, orchestrates a plan to sell rifles to the Indians, pretending they're for protection against white settlers. Meanwhile, his henchmen disguise themselves as Indians and attack the settlers, fueling tensions. But when Steve Reynolds, aka The Durango Kid, arrives with the help of a white boy and his Indian friend, as well as his trusty sidekick Smiley, they unravel the true culprits behind the chaos.
