The Mesquiteers are hired by the Cattlemen's Association to track down cattle rustlers. Tex Riley is sent to infiltrate the gang by posing as Stony, while Stony arrives as a wanted outlaw. As Stony gathers intel, he alerts Tucson and Lullaby to the gang's next move. Meanwhile, Hartley, the rustlers' secret leader, joins the posse with a hidden agenda to take down the Mesquiteers.
