The Cylon brothers, led by Cavil, launch a coordinated attack on the twelve colonies, but ultimately fail to eradicate humanity. Instead, they resort to deception, infiltrating remaining communities, including the Battlestar Galactica and a human training class on Caprica. As both sides fight for survival, they must also confront existential and practical challenges.
