Two children, a girl and a boy, are taken by a Santa-hater while on vacation with their parents in Cancun. The kidnapper's plan is to infiltrate Santa's Village at the North Pole and destroy it. However, the children are rescued by Santa himself and brought to the elf-populated village, where they experience a magical adventure, complete with dinner, a bedtime story, and a tour of the village, all while the saboteur tries to ruin Christmas.
