Who Done It?

Hugo Dill, an ice sweeper in London, becomes a private detective despite having no experience, thanks to a series of misunderstandings. He takes over office space previously occupied by a talent agent and stumbles upon a plot for world domination by Uralia, a nation behind the Iron Curtain.
