A group of ranchers are threatened by a corrupt sheriff and a gang led by Doc Hagan, who are trying to take over their land. When a rancher is gravely injured, Billy and his friends arrive to take up the fight and defend the ranchers. However, their efforts are complicated when one of Billy's friends is wounded and unknowingly taken to Doc Hagan's care.
