Red Ryder and Little Beaver return to Blue Springs, where they learn the Duchess, Red's aunt, plans to sell her stagecoach line and marry a wealthy Englishman. However, things take a dark turn when they discover the man is actually Fancy Charlie, a notorious serial killer who marries women for their fortune and then murders them. Red becomes suspicious of Charlie's true intentions and decides to investigate, leading to a thrilling adventure.
