Red Ryder, a veteran of the Spanish-American War, returns home to find his community plagued by rustlers. As homesteaders arrive, tensions rise between them and the ranchers, leading to a violent confrontation. Meanwhile, Red is unaware that a trusted friend is secretly leading the rustlers and is privy to his plans.
