Maggie Delaney, a single mother, has opened her own bakery and is seeking to expand her business. With the help of her partner Devon, she aims to increase exposure for their venture. Meanwhile, Maggie's personal life is complicated, with her ex-husband David being a deadbeat father who neglects their two children, Emma and Gary.
