Cătălin Mitulescu, a renowned Romanian film director, entered the world on January 13, 1972, in Bucharest, Romania. His academic journey took him to the prestigious UNATC in Bucharest, where he earned his degree in 2001.

Mitulescu's remarkable filmography includes the critically acclaimed short film "Trafic", which earned him the coveted Short Film Palme d'Or at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival.
