Chris Pontius embarked on a multifaceted career, initially as a skateboarder, gaining recognition after being featured in Big Brother Skateboarding magazine, which led to him joining the staff as a writer in the early 1990s.
He subsequently collaborated with Big Brother alumni, becoming a member of the highly acclaimed television show and movie franchise, Jackass.
Pontius is also the co-creator and host of the extreme nature/comedy series, Wildboyz, which showcases his unique blend of humor and adventure.
In addition to his work on Jackass, Chris has honed his stand-up comedy skills, performing live in the United States and abroad.
When not working on Jackass projects, Chris has expanded his acting repertoire, appearing in a diverse range of films and television shows, including Charlie's Angels Full Throttle, What We Do Is Secret, Raising Hope, Sofia Coppola's Somewhere, and the Netflix film, Game Over Man.
Most recently, Chris co-starred with his long-time friend and fellow Jackass member, Johnny Knoxville, in the Paramount Pictures film, Action Point.
