Felipe Rocha is a multifaceted artist, born in Paris in 1972, who has been residing in Brazil since 1978. He holds a degree in Performing Arts from Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a prestigious institution that has shaped his artistic trajectory.
Rocha is recognized for his work in film, television, and theater, having directed and written several projects, including "Just Like Our Parents" (2017),"El Revenge" (2016),and "Lili, a Ex" (2014). He has collaborated with renowned directors such as Fernando Meirelles, Lais Bodazky, and Tata Amaral, among others, in the film industry.
In the realm of theater, Rocha has been an integral part of the Brazilian scene since 1986, when he began his journey as a performer. He is the founder and co-director of the theater group Foguetes Maravilha, which has received critical acclaim and numerous awards, including the Shell, Questão de Crítica, and APTR - Theater Producers Association of Rio awards. As a playwright, his work has been published by Editora Cobogó.
