In the 1920s, a magizoologist uncovers a secret world of magic in New York City, leading a thrilling adventure that takes place decades before the events of the Harry Potter series.

In 1926 New York City, a young British wizard named Newt Scamander arrives with a mysterious suitcase containing magical creatures. However, dark forces threaten the city's balance and chaos erupts when the suitcase disappears, allowing the evil wizard Gellert Grindelwald to wreak havoc on 5th Avenue.
