Two friends, Duke and Sach, a photography enthusiast, seek a job capturing the notorious Frankie Arbo, a gangland boss, to earn a quick buck, and they visit the editor of the New York Morning Blade to make it happen.

In this action-packed film, "Duke" and "Sach" take on a new venture as photographers, seeking to capture the infamous gangster Frankie Arbo's likeness for the New York Morning Blade. Disguising themselves as interior decorators, they infiltrate Arbo's penthouse and later his night club. When a Chicago hoodlum, Handsome Hal Lomax, arrives, they concoct a plan to pose as him and gain the gang's trust. As they become embroiled in the counterfeit money racket, things take a turn when Handsome Hal's jilted sweetheart, Dolly Tate, reveals their true identities, and the duo must use their wits to escape exposure and capture the incriminating photos.
