A group of lawmen, including Rangers Dave and Panhandle, and Lawyer Tex, work to end a range war between ranchers and sheep men. They arrest the ranchers after they attack the sheep men, but the real perpetrators escape and plan to kill the ranchers, framing the sheep men for the crime.
