The evil wizard Gargamel creates mischievous Naughties to harness the magical Smurf-essence, but only a real Smurf can give him what he wants. He kidnaps Smurfette, who knows the secret spell to turn Naughties into real Smurfs, and takes her to Paris, where he's adored as a sorcerer.
